We repair and/or replace underground (buried) sewer pipes using conventional means (shown above), or newer “Trenchless Technologies” (shown below). We clean out clogged sewer pipes and perform a variety of other underground tasks.
We repair and/or replace underground (buried) water pipes, again using conventional means as (shown above), or newer”Trenchless Technologies” (shown below).
Using camera inspection technology, the condition of most sewer lines can be seen from the inside, allowing for detection of root infiltration, joint separation, and pipe deterioration. Also, pipe location can be determined using this equipment, allowing for accurate depth and path of the line.
We can make extra penetrations “taps” directly into sewer pipes for direct connection of plumbing added after the original house/building was built.
We can also install “cleanouts” which are angled taps with pipe attached, used for fishing cleaning the pipe out if it becomes clogged.
Pipe Bursting Pipe Lining Horizontal Drilling
Pipe Bursting…
is a code approved technique of re-lining sewer pipes by pulling new PVC or HDPE piping through an existing line creating a new line installation. This technology utilizes the location of the existing sewer to serve as a path for the new one. Usually, two spots are excavated for this procedure, one at each end, leaving any ground between typically undisturbed.
Pipe Lining (Perma-Liner) Directional Drilling…
uses a drilling-like procedure to install new water service lines from county or city meters to the plumbing connection in your home. Using a type of radar, these machines can be constantly tracked, giving accurate depth and distance flow measurements at the push of a button. In some cases, gravity sewer lines can also be installed using this system, but there are exceptions for
this type of installation.
Horizontal Drilling…
is what is used now to run utility lines like electrical, water, sewer and gas lines underneath roads, railways and rivers without having to dig. This new trenchless drilling technology has save contractors time and money by no longer having to close down area infrastructure, bring in expensive excavating equipment and and spend weeks installing new utility lines using traditional methods. In most cases horizontal drilling technology will allow for more accurate grade and depth of the new line as they are GPS guided for an extreme amount of accuracy.
Valve installations keep your home safe from sewage back up if the city or county main sewers flood.
